To help us assess your claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products.
  • Used products.
  • Products with broken or removed seals.
  • Products stored improperly after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
  • Orders placed in error by the customer after shipment.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.

  2. Photograph the damaged product and all packaging materials.

8. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order contains missing or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs of the shipping label and packaging.
